- 1 2/3cups milk ( 2% reduce-fat )
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 ounce active dry yeast
- 2 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 ẹgg beaten
1- Mix milk , yeast , salt, suagr , butter and eggs using a dough hook at low speed . Increased speed to medium , and mix until dough, when stretched , forms afine membrance or window ( about 15 mịn )
2- Transfer dough to an oiled bowl , cover wth plastic wrap , and let rise 1 hour.
3- Porion dough into 20ounce balls ( about the size on small lime ).Roll each ball to form a robe ( about 15 ịn long ) on a lightly floured surface . Braid into a knot .Place on baking sheẹt
4- Let rolls rise 30 - 45 mịn
5- Preheat oven to 350F
6- Brush roll lightly with beaten ẹgg Bake 12 to 15 mịn unyil golden brown .
